What We Offer
Disclaimer: Flourish provides a master’s level autism assessment. It assesses the same information and provides a diagnosis the same way you would receive it from a doctorate-level psychologist. However, to receive autism-related accommodations or benefits, some entities require that the evaluation and diagnosis be performed by a doctorate-level psychologist or a medical doctor. Depending on what your need for the diagnosis or testing is, you will need to check with the entity you are submitting the testing to in order to verify that they will accept a master’s level evaluation report.
At Flourish Therapy, we offer affirming autism assessments designed to help individuals better understand themselves, their experiences, and the ways they move through the world.

Which Assessment is Right for You?
Autism Screener: If you are unsure whether an autism assessment would be useful for your child, taking this screener may help you decide.

Autism Assessment with parental or caregiver input: This autism assessment incorporates input from the parent or primary caregiver and/or teachers who knew the individual when they were between the ages of 4 and 5.
5 + hours | $1, 250
Autism Assessment without parental or caregiver input: This autism assessment does not include obtaining input from a parent or primary caregiver about the client’s early years.
4 hours | $1,000
Assessment for Cognitive and Behavioral Functioning: This assessment is for individuals interested in better understanding their cognitive and behavioral strengths and challenges who do not feel the need for an autism assessment or diagnosis.
