Crisis Resources
If you are experiencing a crisis, help is available.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are having a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or (877) 565-8860 for the Trans Lifeline.
If you need immediate support but do not require hospitalization, you may also visit a Receiving Center in Utah County or Salt Lake County. Receiving Centers offer a safe, welcoming space where you can speak with a mental health counselor and receive crisis support without necessarily being admitted to a hospital.
