Hey! I'm Benjamin (They/Them) I have a master's degree in social work and a CSW licence, which is a fancy way to say I am a therapist.

One of my goals is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for us to talk and work.

I’ve seen a lot and know how hard life can be. My therapeutic approach is rooted in deep compassion, radical acceptance, and a bit of whimsy to help balance the hard work of therapy with genuine human connection.
