About the Role

This full-time (40 hours/week) position offers a flexible schedule and is remote. Applicants must live in Utah and be available for occasional in-person meetings in Orem, Utah.

As Bookkeeper/Billing Lead, you’ll keep Flourish’s operations running smoothly,managing payroll, billing, and finances so our team can focus on supporting the mental health of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online

  • Manage payroll, timesheets, benefits, and taxes

  • Oversee billing team operations, including claims and collections

  • Process accounts payable and receivable

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

  • Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and team members

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off (accrued)

  • Location: Remote (must live in Utah)
