This practice invites you to slow down and reconnect with the inner voices and protectors that have helped you survive, and are ready to feel safe, seen, and soft.
Whether you’re tending to:

neurodivergence

the performer
the people pleaser
the inner critic…
or the little one who never got to rest…
…all parts are welcome here.
This restorative practice is a slow, still, meditative practice that uses long-held floor poses to target deep connective tissue and melt through the fascia. It helps build body awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to sit with discomfort—making it a powerful complement to parts work. This practice is accessible to all body types, and requires no yoga experience at all.
