Holly Canada, Operations Director

Holly stepped away from a civil engineering career to work with organizations promoting social and environmental good. She loves using her problem-solving skills to help nonprofit organizations build smart systems, care for their people, and better serve their missions.

Recently, Holly served as executive director at a conservation nonprofit in Southern Utah, founded a small coffee roasting business to benefit the local desert, and worked as a backcountry field instructor for a wilderness therapy organization. Now, she is thrilled to work alongside Flourish Therapy's caring team building a resilient organization and expanding access to life-saving care for the LGBTQ community.

A proud Utahn since 2017, Holly enjoys hiking, trail running, and mountain biking (especially with her dog, Smokey!).

Holly holds a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis and a B.S. in Integrated Business and Engineering from Lehigh University.
