Jon Huck, CSW
Jon (he/him) is an eclectic, client-centered therapist who integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, insight-oriented care, and trauma-informed practices into his approach. He believes that everyone possesses the inner strength and unique resources necessary to navigate life's challenges, and he is committed to helping clients tap into those strengths.
Passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, a population he has been supporting since his internship in 2022. Having grown up in a small(ish) town in Wyoming, he is dedicated to ensuring that individuals in both rural and urban areas have access to quality mental health care.

His professional background includes crisis intervention, substance use disorder treatment, DBT skills, and personality disorders, which ensures clients receive well-rounded support. Telehealth sessions with Jon often include his loyal companion, Prism—his cat, who is guaranteed to make an appearance, adding a touch of comfort and lightness to the session. Don't worry—she will uphold client confidentiality as well.
Jon provides both in-person and telehealth therapy services to accommodate various client needs. Depending on space and scheduling availability, he is available for in-person sessions at the Salt Lake City and South Jordan offices.
