Justice Forshee, Community Engagement & Development Specialist

Justice (they/them) supports Flourish Therapy’s mission by helping coordinate the behind-the-scenes work that keeps services accessible and community-connected. Their role focuses on communication, collaboration, and relationship-building across programs, partners, and volunteers.

At Flourish, Justice works on grants, fundraising, events, outreach, and volunteer coordination, with an emphasis on sustainability and connection. They are motivated by supporting the team, strengthening community relationships, and helping ensure affirming mental health services remain available to those who need them.

Outside of work, Justice enjoys spending time with their fur babies, being outdoors, and engaging with music. They recently joined a queer choir and like exploring new art forms, even when the results are perfectly imperfect.
