Justice Forshee, Community Engagement & Development Specialist

Justice (they/them) is a nonprofit professional with over eight years of experience serving diverse communities in a variety of roles- from front office work, to case management, to development, outreach, and community engagement. A first-generation graduate of the University of Utah (2023) with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Media Studies, Justice has dedicated their roles to building meaningful, collaborative, and community-centered programs.

For more than two years, Justice has been with Flourish Therapy, overseeing grants, community engagement, outreach, event planning, development, and fundraising. They are deeply committed to advancing Flourish’s mission.

Justice is passionate about creating impact-driven work that connects people, strengthens communities, and fosters equitable access to services.
