Rebecca Sills, Student Intern

Hey there! My name is Rebecca (she/her) and I am a Master of Social Work student at the University of Utah. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your life. My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and goal-oriented. I believe that everyone deserves a space to be truly seen and understood. My practice is built on a commitment to creating a safe and affirming environment for the LGBTQ+ community. I am a passionate advocate for your rights, your mental health, and your well-being.

Developing self-compassion, breaking harmful cycles, and exploring how to more fully love and accept yourself are important aspects of therapy. My experience in crisis work, domestic violence, sexual assault, and child protection has given me a deep understanding of the resilience that exists within all of us. I am here to walk alongside you, offering a non-judgmental and supportive partnership as you navigate your unique journey toward healing and self-discovery.

In my free time, I enjoy camping with my family, gardening, doing home projects, exercising, and reading.
